My Review: I read Bob Proctor’s book several months ago on the recommendation by a good friend of mine when I was needing some re-think on how I approach and perceive my circumstances around personal prosperity.

“Everyone is born rich, sometimes we are a little short of cash” Bob Proctor. He is drawing from 45 years in the area of thinking, reason, the will, memory, intuition and imagination, Bob Proctor talks you through how to realise your inner-millionaire.

The book is essentially a road map designed to take you from where you are to where you want to be, in the financial sense. Proctor stresses that reading and memorizing the book will not do anything to help you achieve your goals, you must apply the principles set out in the book if you are going to see change.

One technique that is absolutely critical, if you want to acquire wealth (the idea of ‘wealth’ will vary between different people), is that you must never worry about whether or not you will get the money or wealth you desire….and so this is where the book goes on to elaborate on this very concept……

I like this book because it is easy to read, not very long and focuses on helping you to maintain a positive outlook with learnings on how to set goals and stick to them.

My Review: Dr. Chopra, hailed by Time as “the poet-prophet of alternative medicine,” returns to this ground breaking work, adding the latest scientific research as well as expanded thoughts on the connection between body and mind. Inspired by the unexplained recovery of patients in his own practice who had been given just a few months to live, Dr. Chopra began his search for answers.

This book has brought together the current research of Western medicine, neuroscience and physics with the insights of Indian Ayurvedic theory to show that the human body is controlled by a ‘network of intelligence’ grounded in quantum reality. Dr Chopra goes on to say that this intelligence lies deep enough to change the basic patterns that design our physiology – with the potential to defeat cancer, heart disease, and even aging itself.

I like this book because it is inspiring and pioneering work by Dr Chopra and he offers us both a fascinating intellectual journey and a deeply moving chronicle of hope and healing.
